To place an ad, send an email specifying your ad size and payment method to firstname.lastname@example.org. Attach your ad to the email. A representative will contact you if we have questions. Organizers of the event reserve the right to decline advertising.
Ad submissions for the program book and payments can be submitted after August 14 and are due by September 16.
You may design your own ad (be sure it is the correct size) or customize one of the Word templates provided below. Preferred design files should be 300 dpi, CMYK as JPEG or PDF.
A Word template ad should be submitted as a Word document and as a PDF or JPEG file.

You may pay for your ad online and/or donate or mail a check made out to Rutgers Foundation and sent to: Carol Shaner, Rutgers Law School, 217 North Fifth Street, Camden, NJ 08102. Payment is due when the ad is submitted. Ads and other donations support public interest lawyering at Rutgers Law School and are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
Student groups using student organization budgets should fill out a check voucher, click here for a copy, and email to Tom Snyder in Student Fund Accounting and Carol Shaner, so that he can issue a check to the Law School Philbrook account.
